Repairs are done on a first come, first served basis. Emergency service
is available for a fee if you need something done immediately.
For some service work it is possible to book an appointment and have the
work done while you wait (or shop, if you prefer). Please phone the
office to book.
Representative rates for various common tasks are as follows:

Tune- up and Virus / Spyware removal nClean dust from inside; inspect all
fans, clear spyware and check for virusses, update OS with latest
patchess$88.00 and up - depends on the severity of infestation
Our shop rate is $88.00 per hour.
Working with Your Data
Pictures, Music, Movies, Documents and other information on your hard
drive is irreplaceable. You must backup your data - only YOU can be
responsible for your information.
We try very hard to protect the information on every computer that we work
on, and we offer backup services as part of our repair process, however:
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF ANY DATA ON ANY COMPUTER
BROUGHT TO OUR FACILITY, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR THE LOSS, INCLUDING
PART FAILURE AND ACCIDENTAL ERASURE.
IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT ABOUT YOUR DATA SECURITY, PLEASE TALK TO US BEFORE
ASKING
US TO PROCEED WITH ANY REPAIR.
We would be pleased to copy your data onto a new external hard drive that
you can purchase and take home with you prior to our working on the
computer if you have not backed it up yourself.
In the event that a drive is damaged, accidentally erased or otherwise
does not contain data that you need, we have a variety of in-house and
external data recovery options. These are all costly! If you do not want
to lose your information BACK IT UP.
