Apple does not permit 'just anyone' to sell its products. 'Apple Authorized Reseller' is a designation that is given to those retailers who are authorized by Apple to sell its products. Apple has strict requirements for retailers in terms of commitments to staff training, stock availability, and demonstration equipment, providing a superior retail experience for customers.
Apple maintains separate authorizations in Macintosh, iPod, Apple TV and iPad product lines. Palantir Computers is proud to represent Apple as an Authorized Reseller in all of the above lines.
We are also the only Apple Authorized Service Provider in Grey and Bruce Counties. To maintain this designation our technicians must pass recertification exams on an annual basis. As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we are able to access both parts and information required to maintain your Macintosh products in peak condition.
