The Chief Medical Officer of Ontario has requested that everyone wear masks indoors. Our staff are required to wear masks when in the presence of customers. We respectfully request that customers pay us the same courtesy, and wear a mask when inside our shop.
Payments can be made by eTransfer (preferred), or by credit or debit on our machine. We prefer not to take cash at this time, and we do not accept cheques at the counter. Our address for eTransfer payments is payment@palantir.ca

We offer remote assistance via the internet and remote access software which can solve many problems without bringing your computer in. Business customers requiring onsite service can now contact us to schedule a visit.
